A little about me - I have been working in ceramics and paint for more years than I wish to admit to here and have done my fair share of teaching the fundamentals. Today I live in Teal Valley, a quiet but social community outside of Nelson on the northern end of the South Island of New Zealand. Some say we have New Zealand's most perfect climate and the best of wine, fruits, seafood and scenery. I can guarantee you the Art here is pretty special too! 

My art is mainly in the form of unique ceramic pieces but I also like to paint and experiment with other materials. In the photo above (taken outside of my gallery) the cushions are ceramic, as is my 2002 work of "fish and chip supper in paper".
